8. What the programme is

Re:Mind is a digital self-help and personal wellbeing programme designed to support relaxation, mindset change, and personal development through audio and written content, including hypnotherapy-style recordings.

It is delivered online for self-paced use.

9. Not medical or therapeutic treatment

Re:Mind is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic service.

It does not:

  • diagnose medical or mental health conditions

  • treat or cure any condition

  • replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care

10. Not a substitute for professional care

The programme is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are receiving care or treatment, you should continue to follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

11. Age restriction

Re:Mind is intended for adults aged 18 and over only.

By accessing or purchasing the programme, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

12. Suitability

This programme may not be suitable for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions, psychosis, or acute psychological distress.

If you are in crisis or concerned about your mental health, you should seek appropriate professional or emergency support before using the programme.

13. No guaranteed results

Individual results vary.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using Re:Mind, including but not limited to changes in sleep, anxiety, habits, or emotional wellbeing.

14. Personal responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the programme and for any decisions or actions you take based on the content.

15. Digital access

All content is delivered digitally.

We aim to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Content may be updated, improved, or modified at any time.

16. Free access and paid programme

16.1 Free access (Week 1 content)

We provide free access to a limited portion of the programme consisting of the first week of content, including selected videos and audio materials.

This free access is provided for personal use only and does not include access to the full programme.

16.2 Paid programme (full access)

Full access to the Re:Mind programme includes the remaining content beyond the first week and is available as a one-time purchase or subscription (as shown at checkout).

Full access is delivered immediately after payment.

16.3 Immediate access and cancellation

By purchasing the full programme, you:

  • request immediate access to digital content

  • acknowledge that access begins immediately after purchase

  • acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right may be lost once access begins, where you have given prior express consent

16.4 Refund policy

Due to the nature of the programme as immediately accessible digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

This includes where:

  • you change your mind after purchase

  • you decide the programme is not suitable for you

  • you have not used the content

This does not affect your statutory rights where content is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described.

16.5 Technical issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the programme, contact:

We will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an alternative solution.

17. Intellectual property

All content within the Re:Mind programme and website is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • loss of income, business, or opportunity

  • reliance on programme content outside its intended purpose

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the programme.
