F.A.Q.
1. Is the first week really free?
Yes, it is completely free - and no need to sign up to a free trial, or put card details in etc. There are zero obligations to continue, and no surprise payments if you forget to cancel anything!
2. How much time does it take?
Ideally you'll log in weekly, and each week there is a video to watch, about 10-15 minutes long, a couple of short questions, and then a relaxation/hypnosis track to listen to that is approximately 40 minutes long. Some weeks have got some bonus tracks (usually shorter meditations) and little exercises to try. But the beauty of this program is you can do it whenever, and however suits you. I'd try and put aside 45-60 minutes a week to sit and do the video and hypnosis track in one sitting, but you can always pop back and do sections as and when suits you.
3. Do I need previous hypnotherapy experience?
No, Re:Mind is designed for beginners with zero hypnotherapy experience. Everything will be explained in full detail and you'll be guided through the whole process. Equally, if you do have experience you may find yourself learning something new!
4. Is Re:Mind suitable for everyone?
Re:Mind is designed for adults aged 18 years and over who are looking to better understand and manage anxiety, stress, overthinking and related challenges.
It is an educational self-help programme and is not intended to replace medical advice or psychological therapy. It may not be suitable for people experiencing severe or complex mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis. If you're unsure whether the programme is appropriate for you, please speak with your GP or mental health professional before enrolling.
5. How long will I have access for?
The second you purchase the full program you get immediate and full access, for life.
6. Will I be hypnotised?
Each week will include a guided hypnosis/relaxation track. You are in full control at all times, and can stop listening at any time. Many people describe it like a daydream type feeling - just as you're drifting off to sleep, deeply relaxed, but still aware.
